Toronto's waterfront just got a whole lot more exciting with Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts. From powerhouse developer Daniels Corporation, in conjunction with Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. (Riverside Square, East United Condos), this mixed-use project at the corner of Jarvis Street and Queens Quay is comprised of two residential towers, as well as 130 QQE, a separate retail/office/institutional complex that will be linked to the residences by an outdoor space dubbed "The Yard." The space will be home to a host of vibrant retail and restaurant options. At the southwest corner of the site, this Daniels community will also feature a northward extension of the popular Sugar Beach.
The wildly popular first phase of the waterfront project, The West Tower, is the taller of the two buildings, with its beautiful mason- and glass-clad exterior rising 45 storeys. The East Tower, at 36 stories, will also feature Giannone Petricone's iconic design, with sweeping bands of glass and whimsical dot-screen frit recreating a sense of waves and movement. The towers will be joined by a shared podium space and grand amenity area.

The West Tower is currently in its sales phase, with many floor plans sold out. The East Tower will launch in late April 2017. A mix of floor plans will range in size from studios to two bedroom plus den suites, with approximately 426 units for sale. Maintenance fees are estimated to be $0.56 per square foot.
