Bloor Promenade is the exciting third and final phase of the wildly successful Islington Terrace community. These architecturally striking towers, located in the heart of the Islington City Centre, are Tridel's latest endeavour. The Toronto-based developer has a long-held reputation for quality and durability, often overseeing projects from land acquisition to zoning to construction to property management. Teaming up with design-forward firm Kirkor Architect + Planners (217 Adelaide, 484 Spadina), Bloor Promenade's 45-storey sleek tower promises to enhance the burgeoning neighbourhood.

As the eastern-most tower on Cordova Avenue, this building will house 391 suites, ranging in size from 510 square feet to 1,278 square feet. The site will also host four spacious townhome units for those seeking a freehold alternative.

Islington Terrace residents will enjoy the sprawling Terrace Club, a 50,000 square foot indoor/outdoor amenity space found in the shared podium structure. The project's planned "Grand Staircase," another amenity area, aims to connect the community to Islington Station while providing beautified landscaped space and retail opportunities in the area. Bloor Promenade will be the closest building to Islington Station.

This project is expected to be completed by 2021.
